You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund.

We recommend using Nightfuel consistently for at least a few shifts to feel the difference—but if you’re not satisfied, you can reach out and we’ll take care of you.

How to Request a Refund

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must have purchased directly from Nightfuel
• Your request must be within 30 days of delivery

We may request basic information (such as feedback or photos) to help us improve and verify your claim.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

• Incorrect
• Or incomplete

Contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.

Returns & Shipping
